Hey Everyone! I was wondering if there was a way to reset the SMART HDD data. I just bought two of the WD Black 4TB drives, and they were running fine until for some reason the Intel RST driver messed up and windows was not reading the drives correctly. it showed them having 1677.90 GB in Windows, the bios started giving me SMART errors and windows was complaining for me to replace the drive. I read that someone re installed the intel RST driver and it started working correctly again. I recovered the partitions, they read the correct size again and windows has stopped telling me to replace the drives, but the SMART data still shows that the drive is bad. I would rather if the drives fine to not have a big red SMART issue in a utility when the drive really isn't bad. Is it possible to set this or do you think I still need to replace the drive?
Thanks for the help!
