Hi,

I don't have access to a computer so I'm posting from my blackberry, I'll make it short and sexy :)

The gf wants a spare computer to play games while playing WoW (griffon rides...) so my guess is to use my cpu/mb/ram for that as I have everything else needed.

So, I need those 3 parts.

Pc is used for gaming, reusing :
Radeon 6950
Crucial m4 SSD
Corsair 650w Psu
CM 690 II advanced

I'm not ocing at all and I'd like to keep it under 300-350$ shipped. I live in Canada.

I found a 3470 at 170$ but I need the ram and motherboard. Any suggestions?

Go for the Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H motherboard. RAM wise, just go with the cheapest 1.5V DDR3 RAM you can find and you'll be set.
