Small moving bubbles in Nautilus System

Just got my Nautilus set up the other day. So far its been working great. Dropped temps signifcantly. My OC is stable again and Ive been happy. Only thing I noticed is that when I look at the line going into the CPU block there are frequent tiny bubbles moving fast into the block but not out of the block. Is this normal? Should I be worried about it? They are frequent but not excessive and are mostly real small. If it's a problem how can I stop this from happening?
 
sounds like your loop still needs more bleeding...

take the cap of the reservoir (or t-line - whichever you are using) and let the system run for a bit to get those last bubbles out.
 
How does opening the reservoir to the outside air get rid of bubbles? I didnt think you could have the reservoir open with the system running or else water would go everywhere...

sorry I'm a noob to watercooling...
 
Give it time, try rocking your case to knock of the air that could be in the blocks or the unit itself.
 
I have a corsair nautilus and was experiencing random bursts of air through the tubes as well. Here is what worked for me. I removed the top to the reservoir and tiled the unit gently from side to side. I also leaned my case back to get any air trapped in the block out. I have had the unit for a while and decided to order more coolant. Once I added more coolant, the bubbles were gone for good!
 
Use the Top Nurse specialty procedure. Cock your fore finger into your thumb and release it very fast and flick the tube with your fore finger. May take repeated applications. This only gets out the decent size bubbles.

The other helpful procedure is to turn your pump on and off (off for 2 seconds and on for 5 seconds) which causes the pump to de-aerate your loop. The only way to get the other bubbles out is to just wait for a week or so.

QFT I think some missed your comment that they go in the block but not out, hopefully just some minor tilting will do the trick to release the now larger bubble forming in the block. Its really nothing to worry about but some tilting in such a way as to encourage a trapped air pocket to head for the "out" tube of the block will help. I had a book proped under the edge of my machine for a couple of days, that and Nurses "flicking" procedure did the trick. I miss the happy little bubbles. :D


don't worry about the top to the res, its counter intuitive but you could set the Nautilus on the floor with the computer above and not a drop will "overflow" the res. Its mind bending the first time you notice it. As both the inlet and outlet of the res are below the top surface of the water in the res, air pressure on the top of the water in the res pushes down hard enough to prevent the water in the tubes from flowing down into the res.
 
Jezzz I think this sets the "downhill fast" all time record. I am :D so much I cant see to type.
