Small Flex-ATX PSU recommendation?

I just built a 1U rackmount mini-ITX PC for a firewall application with this case and this motherboard.

The case comes with a Flex-ATX power supply already, a Sparkle SPI FSP200-50PL. The little 40mm fan is quite loud and annoying. I'd like to replace the PSU with something else. Since I'm running a MoTD board with a laptop CPU and 2.5" HDD, I don't require much power.

I'd prefer a standard Flex-ATX PSU over an external brick. I just need something a little quieter. Recommendations?

You're not gonna find anything that much quieter than the PSU you already have. 40mm fans in general are loud and if they're quiet, that means there's gonna be some cooling issues.
