I'm in need of the type of slot cooler that will blow ageist my videocards from the side. I really don't want to drill holes to my sidewindow to give these thing some circulation. FIY, they have universal water-blocks on them, so the rest of the cards need some kind of airflow. Being a 700D, airflow in that region is limited.

Most of the PCI slot coolers acts as exhaust,i can only find these 2 as they might suck the air from outside and blow into the video card PCB.

I think your best bet is to get an antec spot cool.
It's a fan on a bendy arm that you can basically bolt anywhere and just adjust to do whatever you want.

cable tie a 120mm fan to either top or edge of card.
wanna make the job semi-professional, try a sunbeam "wherever PCI rack"
