I have a 1TB WD Black drive (32MB cache, SATA II), and I've been thinking about picking up another one to RAID 0, but I can only find the 64MB cache/SATA III version of the 1TB WD Black. I mean I came across my exact drive before, but it's significantly more expensive than the newer 64MB/SATA III version.
So my question: if I pick up the 64MB cache/SATA III version, will it RAID 0 just fine with my older 32MB cache/SATA II drive? Again, they're both 1TB WD Black drives. So pretty much identical in every way (I believe) except the cache and SATA limitations. I'd only be using SATA II anyway.
