I have a SN95G5B, I've been using it fine for about 6 months. All of a sudden the PSU craps out on me no big deal I'm still under warranty. So I call Shuttle get a nice lady on the phone. She says you have the wrong line and gives me tech support for an RMA. Well I call Tech support. No answer, ok I'll leave a messege. "Voice Mail Box Full" .. Hmm what to do what to do. Well Next day I called again same crap no one picks up and voice mail full. So I call the sales line. And asked to transfer for me. So after about holding on the line for an hour, I was estatic to actually have tech support on the line for an RMA.. well we go through the diagnosis problem. And he's like here you go gave me a trouble ticket number. And told me to go to shuttle.com and fill out the rma process. and wait for a respone.. God knows how long it will take..
Am I just a picky customer? or is this how all RMA's are? I remember newegg was super easy so was Mwave.com etc..
