On a C2D, probably not. but a quad would create quite an issue. That article stated they have a silent Ps too that gets it up to 220W I believe.
 
I guess these take the mini ITX form factor boards?

 
Says it supports 1333 FSB even though its only through OC. I guess you can OC it. I wonder what board they are using.
 
It is a 945G chipset. It may not work with an E8400. The chipset is two generations behind the current stuff.
 
Tom's Hardware should have put a Quad in there and see what would happen. I guess that's why they aren't [H]ard.
 
Yes, the 945G Chipset is the down-er , but they would still make some decent boxen.
Kinda of a build it and forget it setup. Good for ppl with limited space.
Also great systems for HTPC's.

I have a feeling they will have some with the P31 and X38 series soon.
