Should I upgrade?

You should upgrade, because that Thermaltake is not a very good PSU. There's no way to know whether or not it will end up causing harm to your components, so the only truly safe course of action would be to purchase a decent PSU. Conversely, it's possible that you could carry on with your current PSU and nothing bad will ever happen. It's up to you whether or not you're willing to take the risk.
