No. Not a good idea. First of all, that Celeron is a major downgrade compared to the Pentium 4. Second, you'll get better results if you have a better graphics card. Better to just buy a better graphics card.
 
weeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllllllllllll...... apples to oranges. and simply cuz your already on the P4 and you'll have a tough time selling it, id say no. If you are annoyed by the performance of your CPU somehow, wait till you can do it and go with a new mobo and a C2D.
