Should I upgrade my case?

so here's the story.

I bought a custom comp from my local comp shop, and had to settle for a modest case (functional, but not that nice looking) and I'm thinking of upgrading to something like an antec p182 with the gunmetal finish. I have built computers before, but do you think it wise to take this well built comp and tear it apart for a new case?

the case right now is an inwin z583, and i find it to be a little loud (not too much) and a little hard on the eyes.

Let me know what you think.

PS I might consider throwing in a few upgrades while I'm at it.
Either another 2 gigs of ram (faster than what i have) or a couple of hdd in raid-0 configuration (my 200gb one is nearly full)

Oh well, let me know

Comp specs
intel c2d 2.4ghz
2gig ram
asus p5b deluxe wifi-ap
pny nvidia 8800gts 320mb
x-fi fatality edition

Well why upgrade the case?

Is it because you want something nicer? Something with better airflow? What are your temps now?

My temps are alright now, for some reason mbm5 stopped working, but when it was my cpu was about 33C case about 30C and gpu at like 50-60C

This upgrade would most likely be just for style, and if I'm going to the trouble of getting a new set of hard drives and upgrading memory it's not that much more work to swap the stuff to a new case (well it might be).

I guess I'm just wondering if I'm being stupid in potentially messing up a perfectly good pc build just for style reasons.

Oh well, I just don't like doing things without other peoples' opinions :p

Off to lunch now.

Oh yea, and why did mbm5 suddenly give me errors (like could not load driver). Still does after a clean install of it.

THanks for any feedback!

If your current case is 'hard on the eyes' get yourself something new.No law against spending money. :)
