Go i5, you don't need HT.

Avoid OCZ out of any flash memory I've EVER owned it's the only one I've had to RMA... Twice.

Same goes with the PSU, try to find out who actually manufactured it but if it's OCZ branded at all, I'd avoid it. Grab a Corsair to be safe, 500w is fine. You don't need an H60 if you're not overclocking, the stock is fine.

Take any money you've saved from my suggestions and see if you can bump that 660 to a 670.

Please answer the stickied "ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS FIRST!" so that we can help you better.

Though off the bat, yeah the CPU, PSU, SSD, and RAM are bad choices. What's the model number of that RAM?

Here you are, my apologys:

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing?
I enjoy gameing, ie - Dragonage, BF3 - Pritty much anything from WoW to Counter-Strike. Itll also be used for School/Work
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
Around $1000 not including shipping/taxes
3) Which country do you live in?
TN, USA
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget?
CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, PSU, MoBo, Video Card
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reuseing?
I have a 6 yro Tubrolink ATX - CW500P4 that would be nice to keep but i wouldnt mind replaceing. Also have a CD-R, 500g WD Raptor WD360ADFD (Still want to buy a new SSD and new Hard drive)
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL
NZXT Switch 810 Case
6) Will you be overclocking?
No
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
DELL E2311H, 23", 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz Resolution
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
In the process now, no rush but i need a comp since my old one died, it was about 6 years old.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
I dont need anything crazy fancey but i like nice qualtiy so in however long i will be able to upgrade/add to it without worrying about what slots are needed and dont have.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
I have Vista 32bit, Can that beupgraded to W7 64bit?

Go for a Samsung 840 Pro SSD. Far faster and reliable than the 830 series.

If you want some good RAM that OC's like a champ, and is cheap, nothing beats the Samsung Green RAM. It's low-profile (no heatsinks) and at around 50 bucks for 8 gigs, is a monstrous deal. They come at 11-11-11-27 timings, I clocked them at 9-9-9-24 without issue, which means there's still plenty of headroom.

Also, do NOT skimp on a PSU. It's the one part in your entire build that can make or break your entire system. Seasonic, Corsair, NZXT, Silverstone all have good PSUs.

I dont know about NZXT iv been in a battle trying to get in contact with their support for a few weeks now, think ill stick with another.

Never had a personal issue with Rosewill, then again never used their PSU. Does there PCI-E card have issues also?

I have a 6 yro Tubrolink ATX - CW500P4 that would be nice to keep but i wouldnt mind replaceing.
Yeah just get rid of that PSU: It's pretty much crap even six years ago. It's sheer luck that it's survived this long.
Also have a CD-R,
Does that DVD burner use SATA?

AFAIK, yes it can.

Intel Core i5-3570k
Since you're not overclocking nor are you located near a Microcenter (where you can get that CPU for less), no reason to get this CPU. The regular Core i5 3470 would fit your needs just fine:
$189 - Intel Core i5-3470 CPU

Asus P8Z77-V PRO
Again since you're not overclocking nor are you located near a Microcenter (Where you can get that mobo for $50 less) or have mentioned any plans whatsoever for SLI or Crossfire, no reason for you to get this mobo. At most this is all you need and even then it's probably overkill for your needs:
$135 - Asus P8Z77-V LK Intel Z77 ATX Motherboard
Samsung 830 Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
While I'm a huge fan of that SSD and am totally surprised it's available from Newegg, I'd spend the extra cash for the faster and newer Samsung 840 Pro:
$128 - Samsung 840 Pro 128GB SSD
Rosewill Green 530W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply
That's so-so PSU. I recommend spending the extra cash for this higher quality and modular (which makes cable management easier) Seasonic instead:
$90 - Seasonic G Series SSR-550RM 550W Modular PSU

Never had a personal issue with Rosewill, then again never used their PSU. Does there PCI-E card have issues also?
I've never used a Rosewill card so can't say.
