I never though I'd find myself posting here, but I feel like moving my system into a smaller form factor and I'm lost in this world.

My eye is set on the Silverstone SG08 or FT03 Mini, however I'm not dead set on these cases. I do want an aluminum case (either partly or fully), with a clean face (which is why I'm not partial to the SG05 or Lian-Li Q08, but I can be convinced otherwise). The PC-Q11 looks good too, but it seems to be an older model and less efficient for a power cube.

1) What will you be doing with this PC?
Gaming

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
Around $300 for the switch over, before selling anything of what I have. Flexible on this.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
In the US, near a microcenter, albeit slightly out of the way. I have access to PA, NJ, and DE stores.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget?
Case, CPU Cooler, PSU, mITX motherboard, and maybe a wireless adapter

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing?
i5-3570K, GTX 670, Patriot Viper 3 DDR3, 1 SSD, 1 HDD

6) Will you be overclocking?
Yes, but nothing unreasonable. I can settle for lower overclocks if necessary.

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.

Basically, I need help picking out a nice case that is good for my build, and a motherboard to go along with it. A good small CPU cooler. A PSU that will work as well. I want to re-cut all PSU cables to length, I need to know what pins to get, and what crimp die I need.

Special Need: We have a pretty bad wireless situation going on in my apartment right now. My roommates get dropped wireless from the second floor, due to interference from the first floor, I'm the only one to get a solid connection because of my wireless PCI card (Rosewill N300). I need an ITX motherboard that has a solid wireless solution (my roommate's Asrock Z77 ITX drops internet all the time), or I will need some kind of external USB antenna or booster for the built-in adapter.

Yeah you're definitely gonna have to expand your budget past $300 considering how many parts you need.

For the motherboard, due to your overclocking requirement, I recommend looking at these three mITX motherboards (might have to Copy and paste into address bar):

As for the case, IMO, the FT03 Mini is ridiculously overpriced for what it is. I recommend the Silverstone SG08 instead.
 
Upping the budget isn't a problem. I just want to make sure I can find good parts for the SFF. I've never built anything like this so I have no idea who's reliable and what I would be missing. Also trying to find the best case for cooling these parts. I'll look more in-depth into the motherboards.
