As you all know I have a A8N-SLI Deluxe and I was wondering how i would go about securing SATA cables to the motherboard. Their so flimsy that if i touch them or move left, right, up or down, the cable will become disconnected. But when their attached to the HDD, their secure enough that if I move them, their still secure. How would I go about secureing them better to the mobo?

you know...I've been having the same problems. I'm thinking of using small pieces of electrical tape, but if you come up with something better let me know ;).

I used an epoxy to keep them in place. Since then, I haven't really had a problem with them.

If you use epoxy, wont that permanently secure it though? How will you get them out?

I work for an OEM builder and it's standard practice for us to hot glue SATA connectors (power and data, though we use 4 pin molex over SATA power if possible) since they have a tendacy to come unplugged in shipping.
