We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

After I have formatted an SD card, can I recover my data in it by means of data recovery programs? If yes, which softwares do I need?

Maybe if you don't use the SD card at all after the format. By use I mean add any other file to the card. As for software, someone else will have to help you with that.

Like Danny Bui said, if you didn't put anything on the card after you formatted it then there's a great chance of recovering most or all of your data. Try using Recuva (free) or GetDataBack (shareware).
