Scythe Kozuti

That HSF is geared towards being used for HTPC. They're also coming out with a Big Shuriken 2.

Interesting design on the Kozuti with a low profile fan sandwiched in the middle. Should be interesting to see if this one will fit some of the mitx 1155 boards better.

link? I wouldn't mind reading about the big shuriken 2. I could probably google it, but I trust your recommendation more than google's.

Good picture of it on the Russian site. The fact that the fan is an 80mm model helps put things in perspective. If their stats are right, though, a fan topping out at 3300 rpm that does 24.8 cfm at 32.5 dB seems a bit noisy for the cooling power. I get the feeling that might work fine for something like an i3 2100 but would be lacking for something in the i5 range. Just my guess based on the stats.

A lot more expensive on the frozen than the canadian website. Looks like a decent cooler.
