i have 4 80pin ultra320 scsi drives but my controller has 2 68pin channels. Is there any type of scsi pin converter? any help would be great. thanks

yeah, go to hypermicro.com, they sell converters there
 
you can also find them on ebay.

you need a 80-pin SCA to 68 pin + power converter.

shouldn't pay more than 8.00 or so.
