The most worrisome and crappiest part in the PC is that PSU. It's barely a 500W PSU. You did ok overall.

the 560 unlock fine but anything higher than 3.3ghz oc with higher than 1.4v bsod it is running about ~30c weird

You did unlock that CPU after all. So the stability issues could be related to those other cores. So drop back down to two cores and start overclocking again. If you can get past 3.3Ghz with higher than 1.4V with two cores, the issue is more than likely related to the other cores.

The psu is pretty meh like Danny said, but you paid $20 for a wireless g? Was that the router or a card/usb for the pc?

Never unlocked one before so can't help you much there.
