SB950 and XenServer

I am looking at doing a bit of a hardware refresh in my lab and replace and old board with one containing an SB950 chipset.

The HCL does implicitly mentions the SB9x0 series chipsets as SATA controllers, but not for RAID.

Will XenServer work with the controller when configured to act as a RAID controller and recognise the sets?
 
You should be able to do raid in mdadm which is probably better anyhow....
