Serial ATA 150 and SATA 3.0Gb/s. (aside from the obvious). Can I use either one? My mobo says SATA, it doesn't specify beyond that. Do they both work on the same SATA connection?

There are not that many 3.0Gb/s drives and the best ones like the Raptor are SATA 150. Does that mean there is something not good about it?
 
No, it's just a new technology and hasn't been completly adopted yet.
