So i've recently found out about SATA noise filters, and was curious if anyone here had tried one, or knows how much of a difference they make. I notice when loading videogames or certain apps on my computer, I hear a buzzing sound whenever my SSD is under heavy usage. I have always assumed it was a SATA controller making the buzzing noise since the noise definitely isn't coming from the SSD it's self.
Is that the purpose of this product? To eliminate the buzzing/whining you hear when SSDs or hard drives are working? Anyone know how much of a difference they make?
Here's a link in case you don't know what i'm talking about.
