SATA Controller?

I've been playing with WHS for the past few months and finally decided to ditch my RAID5 setup and transfer all the drives to the WHS pool. The problem is I have 8 drives on a Rocketraid 2340 and no SATA ports left on my motherboard. Does anyone have a good 8 or more port SATA controller card they could recommend. I'll be installing in a PCI-E slot. I've read about port multiplication and SATA but not sure that it is worth it in this situation. If I get new drives, they will replace my current drives instead of adding to them.

if you want to go PCI you could get a adaptec 2810SA for around $75 but pci-express is going to cost you. You could get a Dell Perc5/i for about 100. but other than that a highpoint2320 is about as cheap as it gets for 8 ports

Just SATA ports. It's going into a WHS system which is why I'm ditching the RAID5 setup.

Something like that would have to have better bandwidth than PCI, especially with 8 ports, and especially with RAID. Don't expect it to be cheap, especially with eight ports and PCI-e.
