okay just to note

I got his stuff on Saturday, when I went this time they asked for my name but they said there was nothing, so I asked them to check, and they said wait we do have something under SAMURAI COMPUTERS. So I got his stuff, fixed his xbox today, and its on its way back to him either tommorrow or Tuesday. This guy is a very nice guy to deal with.

To make a long story short was that I started a new job 2 days after we made the deal, he took a little longer to send since he was hand making me a cross-over cable. Which is why when I started the job I didnt anticipate all these problems, and I didnt know I would be working so many hours per week, and not only a lot of hours but working Monday-Saturday. So I thought I could get this done quicker.

But I have kept in contact with him and have spoken with him about it today, so hopefully everything is okay now. And I am not a troll at all. I didnt take his stuff or anything like that, all this happend b/c I work so much and never have time to do anything b/c everything is closed when I go to work and its closed by the time I get off of work. And the post kept telling it was being shipped back to him. But all is well, and I hope he likes what I have done with his xbox.
 
Hey Samurai0012004, I got your PM at AnandTech Forum. I replied and still waiting for a refund for the DVD I didn't receive over a month ago. I don't know if anyone else is as patient as me even for something as inexpensive as a DVD movie. Please, I just want my money back.

I am setting up my paypal so that I may send money. I have to add my pay card from work which is a debit/credit card, but I have to get my corp office's addy in Texas to do so as they didnt use my home address. As soon as its done today you are getting your refund. No worries.

$7.00 so I owe him $1.00 as I didnt have enough on my account to send it all. I will have it in there by then end of the week.

Mamma's xbox will be shipped out today/tommorrow. But since I took today off from work to get some stuff staightened out about my new house I am hoping to buy this month, I should get a chance to have it shipped for him.

Well, to no surprise, he didn't come through with his promise. I'm not going to bother with the $1 since its not worth it. So, I left you a negative feedback that you deserve on the way you handled our deal.
 
still no sign, i assume his next excuse is that his new house does not have internet access or something along that line.

lost my xbox, a 40 gig HD, brand new 80 gig HD, 10 foot cross over cable.

First, try http://www.trollhunters.com/ . Maybe you'll get some help there. If you have all of his information, get his local police department involved if necessary. If the local cops won't listen, consider contacting the state Attorney General for the state he lives in. Make sure you provide documentation of everything that you can, what you've done, where you've shipped (and tracking records), what money you've paid out, as well as records of all conversations you can. The more documented info you have, the better.

I think you've waited long enough. He's not giving you reasons; he's giving you excuses. If someone can't live up to their end of the deal within a given time, that's their problem not yours, and if he's got job problems, that's his issue to deal with, not yours. It's his RESPONSIBILITY to hold up his end, and he hasn't, and that's fraud.
 
just curious, why doesn't it say 'Banned Bad Trader' under his name, instead of just 'Noobie' ? This helps no one that might trade with this guy ....

Mail fraud
Cotact the local authorities and file a report with the postmaster general.
Both will want a copy of the report you filed with the other so it really doesn't matter which you do first.

sounds like a big ol' douchebag to me. def. counts as fraud, since its mail should be a federal crime.

still havent' recieved my shit. i notified the law, they said they cant do shit because i willingly sent the items to him. the only way i can get it back is to sue the guy and its going to cost more money to sue then the xbox cost. what else can i do?
 
Wow, this is an oldie. He hasn't been around in several months, but I went ahead and banned him as a Bad Trader for failing to resolve the issue.
 
so what else can i do guys? the local cops said i have to sue the guy and thats gonna cost more then the xbox itself. :( :mad:

If you live anywhere near Chattanooga, I'm close to you. Mamma held up that end of the deal and sent the hard drive. I work 60 hours a week and have 5 kids at home, but if I make a deal on here, I keep it. If you really are not a troll, PM me and I will give you my contact info. I will meet ya, or what ever I need to do to get Mamma's stuff shipped back. This has gone on wayyyyyyyy too damn long.

yea I hope Fish can get this guy, my lil bro went a whole summer without anything to game on. He paid for it himself and worked damn hard for it. You know kids love to game on their summer breaks. :mad:
