Has anyone here done business with this guy? I seen some others here have but I can't remember the names.

Anyway, I sent him a cross over cable and a hard drive and in return he'd fix my xbox. He was saying he needed the cross over cable asap so I sent it priority. Its almost 3 weeks now and I've spoken to him once.

He said " I haven't gotten it yet, brb " that was it. He told me he's in search for a new car and once he gets it he'd go pick up the box at the post office becuase they don't leave boxes that size at door steps.

I have DC on it and haven't gotten a reply from the post office about it so now I'm just wondering if anyone that has done business with him, How was it? Smooth?

I havent seen him online and he's not been on this forum since 3-13. I'm getting nervous.

Hey man I did a deal with him over at Anandtech and had to involve a Mod to help out. I sent him a digital camera, then I see the Hard Drive I was suppose to be getting in return in a for sale thread, it's hard to pin this guy down. It ended up with me getting my camera back so I had no damages I guess, that's why (at the suggestion of the Mod) I didn't leave negative Heat. Seeing as how he didn't learn I wish I had.

I checked my DC and usps said they had an attempt and it was not sent and its still at their office if it doesnt get sent then it'll come back to me :(

I spent $25 on this shipping, this really pisses me off
 
If he's got this kind of rep, do you really want him working on your X-Box? I'd look elsewhere.

Alright, I'm fucking boiling inside now. This guy gets online today, I shoot him the link, first time I seen him on in 2.5+ weeks. He said he got a new job and working 60 hours a week and has no time to email me a quick sentence or anything. He says he still hasn't gotten the package which I do believe. I got a mail saying that I have a package that is at the station because I no one was home during the drop off. Thing is, the senders name is signed "Newby".

From what I know, he comes from a small town in Tennessee and he says everyone knows everyone there. So I'm assuming that this guy has a friend that works with the post office and never made him sign for the DC and lord knows what he's done with my goods. I will find out tomorrow morning, I'm calling outta work for a couple hours to check it out.

So the box that I didn't get when I was not home was not even my xbox. It was another order.

I asked the lady at USPS and she said within 15 days if no delivery has been made they send it back..

This is the third time i've wated at USPS 45mins + each time. They are giving me the fucking run around treatment and telling me to come back on the 15th of april. So till then.

The guy that had problems with him @ Anandtech made the first mistake, he didn't leave negative HEAT to warn you. Are you going to leave negative HEAT after this ?

EDIT: I just checked this guys refs and they are crap. I would never ship first to anyone with 9 POS and 1 NEG.

You know what sucks about the heatware system. Most of the time when you leavea bad seller/buyer neg feedback they will do the same just to get even. I want to leave mine blemished free so I'm scared to leave a neg.

The same happens on Ebay too. A seller screwed me over on a cell phone that they claimed was new and never activated yet it was active to an account. I told the seller that I wnted a full refund including the shipping and they refused. I took it up with Paypal and I got the full refund minus the cost for me to ship it back. I left the seller NEGATIVE feedback for being a dick at the end and they did the same back to me. Until then I was spot free. Bastages!

Heatware is better then Egay in the fact that on HEATWARE you CAN get a "retalitory" NEG removed. I used to do the same, until there was a discussion a couple of years ago on the [H] about how bad traders were still getting pos FB........heatware has made a policy of removing retalitory FB so that peeps would feel free to use the system honestly. Those who do not leave an accurate FB let the whole community down, and it weakens the FB system. At least leave NO FB rather then unaccurate FB...... :eek:

most people will look as see why a neg was left most people would see that its a retallation neg feedback. make sure you leave a neg if they deserve it.
 
i talked to him he said he'd check it out, then it rained...

i talked to him again, atleast i tried, and nothing, no reply.

Talked to him today and he said its being sent back now finfally..

also he said that he'd paypal me the money that it cost me to ship it and then later on he said he cant and he will when he gets paid.

Sorry for not replying. I told this guy when I first made the deal with him that I was starting a new job working for a tree service that sub-contracts for the EPB. I didnt know I was going to be working 60+ hours per week. And the job I have to drive 45 mins away from Chattanooga everyday. I told him when they tried to deliver the package if it was to big for my mail box at my post office it would be some problem of me getting by the post to get it. So they shipped it and I wasnt home, when I went by there to get it they had it out for a second delivery. so after the second time I figured they would have sent it back. And since I work 7-7 or 8 I never have time to go by the post to get it. I have talked with this guy many times about it. I have mentioned I will refund the shipping costs. And I even tried to get it from the post office on days it rained and we didnt work or left work early. All they kept telling me was that it was being shipped back to him. So I never got the package, nor did the post office give it to me. you can check the tracking to see it was never picked up. So its up to them to give it back or what not. I did nothing wrong, I mentioned the new job, the 6 days a week work schedule and mentioned the problem with the apartment thing, since they dont leave packages laying around at my apartments. I will not have this problem again anymore, b/c I am buying a house for my wife and daughter and we will have a big front screened in pourch for packages to go. I will contact the post office today and see what they say, if its there I will get it do as planned and ship it along with the shipping fees to the guy.
 
with ur current record I VERY HIGHLY SUGGEST that you change ur signature and do not mention anything about an xbox as u r pushing it as is.
 
If you couldn't live up to your end of the deal you should have never agreed to the deal in the first place. Maybe you're not a complete troll, but you are without a doubt a shitty ass trader, and you're certainly on my do not trade list now.

Thread starter - leave him negative. He deserves it completely.
