Samsung ssd's

I have several Samsung ssd's for sale:
1-100 x Samsung 840 120GB's P/N: MZ7TD128HAFV for $50 each or $30 a piece if buy more than 20 pcs. They were used in climate controlled data center and were pulled from working pc's. They all have around 6000 to 14000 powered hours.
2-10 x Samsung 840 500GB's with 1000-9000 powered hours. I am asking $199 for each.
3-2 x Samsung 840 Evo 1TB's with 1000 powered hours. I am asking $370 for each

Prices include free shipping within US50.
I accept money order, Chase Quickpay, paypal.

I like Samsung SSD's. Once you get some prices for 500~1TB I'll be happy to purchase a hand full of units (bulk discount, right?)
