If at first you don't succeed, try try again, right? It sounds as if Lee Jae-yong is not going to keep dogging and ducking these charges, but one thing for sure, it is not a good branding message to keep seeing in the press.

Special prosecutors have filed an arrest warrant for Samsung leader Lee Jae-yong for a second time for alleged bribery as part of the political scandal in South Korea involving the president.

He faces bribery charges for allegedly having Samsung Electronics pay a close friend of impeached President Park Geun-hye to gain government support in a controversial merger between two of the group's companies.
