Some Rosewill PSUs are decent, but many are crap. It depends entirely on the specific unit, so just because one Rosewill PSU tested well doesn't mean they all will.johnnyguru had a review on a rosewill and he liked it.
Rosewill doesn't rebrand PSUs from other retail brands, and they certainly don't sell Antec PSUs under their name. All their PSUs are outsourced to various OEMs, including Solytech (Deer), ATNG, and I think they might use Youngyear as well.I've got an old rosewill psu in my moms computer, and numbers inside trace back to antec. I think they just rebrand whatever powersupplies they have lying around as rosewill for reselling.

Rosewill RP500-2, failed HardOCP tests. No DC ripple scopes, but I doubt they'd be anything but cringe-worthy. Failed 100V tests, horrendous transient results. Oh, and 1 year warranty combined with a secondary cap brand I haven't seen used anywhere else yet.
