Yes win7 64 bit.

Story behind this build is that my non gamer wife wanted me to get off the computer so she decided that her getting on it was the best bet. Well it turns out she enjoy's Diablo 3. Now though she is in my way, so its time for her to gt her own computer.

Here is what I am thinking So Far:
40 Fractal Design Core 1000 Micro ATX
55 GIGABYTE GA-H61M-DS2 LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX
50 ntel Celeron G530 Sandy Bridge 2.4GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core
40 G.SKILL Value Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333
120 Galaxy GeForce GTX 550 Ti
70 Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB 7200
60 SeaSonic M12II 520 Bronze 520W Modular

shipped total of 442

Ditch the video card: It's outperformed by the similiarly priced HD 6770 and HD 7770. I recommend picking up the HD 7770:
$125 - HIS H777F1G2M Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB PCI-E Video Card

Even with the less than optimized drivers, the HD 7770 will still outperform that GTX 550 TI.

As for the HDD, it's really overpriced IMO since $10 more gets you a faster and larger drive:
$80 - Samsung by Seagate Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ/ST500DM005 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

Noted on the pentium and the 7770. But since seagate took over samsung's hdd 's I wont buy another Sammy (or seagate for that matter).

The Samsung I recommended was produced by Samsung before the Seagate acquisition. If there's a concern about reliability, just check the Newegg reviews for it: Out of 597 reviews, 79% or 474 of those are 5 stars. For a hard drive, that's really good.

Its not a question of the drives reliability. Its a lack of support and not wanting to give my dollar to a company that has produced so much crap.. I actually own 7 samsung drives now and all have been flawless. I would prefer a wd or even better a Hitachi at this point.

This part of the build may also change as I may just spend the extra cash and get a 128gb m4. Haven't checked to see what it would be, but it should be less then newegg's low due to a family member who works for crucial.

Just posted this on a similar thread:

AMD Athlon II X3 455 3.3Ghz CPU
Asus M5A78L-M LX AMD Socket AM3+ onboard VGA 8 Channel HD Audio mATX Motherboard
Powercolor AMD Radeon 6770 1GB DDR5
8GB (2x4GB) Corsair 1333Mhz RAM (could go down to 4GB to save money but the price difference is so little these days)
120GB Kingston SSD (Was on special for $100 but its optional if you want to save money then get a standard HDD).

Cheap Case, PSU, DVD Drive (Although you might want to consider just the 430W Corsair PSU)

If you're only looking to play D3, is it really necessary to get more power than a 6670? It'll play at max details @1080p and can be had for $50.
