I'm thinking probably 8 gigs of RAM and 1TB of storage. If you have to cut things to fit budget, hit mobo first, (less features) then RAM (like go to 4 gigs)

Also I've an I7 type so i think that should be the processor.

That's an Intel Core i7-2600 in the combo by the way, not a 2600k. I would recommend the straight 2600 (non-k) to save a few bucks over the 2600k. Alternatively an i5-2500 would work pretty well too.

What games do you play? Because if it's anything recent and you're looking to save money, I'd drop down to an Intel Core i5 2500k and keep the $240 graphics card. But if you're looking to have Hyper Threading for programming, then you could consider an XFX Radeon 6870 or if you can still find it, the Sapphire 5850 that was floating around for $150.

Danny not sure if you didn't notice but the CPU power on the motherboard is an 8 pin and the PSU you recommended only comes with a 4 pin for the CPU power. Sure you can post only using the 4 but you can't get full power out of that.
 
All of the Corsair PSUs come with an 8-pin CPU power cable that can split into two 4-pin connections. I know that from personal experience, having been the owner of two Corsair PSUs in the past.

Corsair's own support page answers a question based on that "issue":

Where’s the 4-pin EPS/ATX 12v connector that I need for my motherboard?

Our power supplies ship with an 8-pin connector that splits in half. Use half of this connector for the 4-pin EPS/ATX 12v connector on your motherboard.

But the pins didn't match up, It looked like this

I don't know what to say. It should work, but I can't really tell you whether or not it would work.

I need to research the new Corsair connections on my own.

It should still work. Are you absolutely sure that it's not physically connectible? Would be incredibly stupid on the part of Corsair to introduce a 8Pin EPS connector that doesn't work with modern mobos.

Thanks, there was a coupon for the same deal in our [H]ot|Deals Tiger Direct section a couple weeks back and I was going to snag one then, but decided against it last minute. Fast forward to now.. I came to realize I'm going to need it, so I did some hunting earlier and found that coupon on SD (props to AdolescentWings over there for posting it) linked to TD's Face Book page.
