Rig handle a 4890?

Im getting my hands on a 4890 & im wondering if im going to need to ugrade for it?

AMD Athlon II X3 445 3.4GHz (Overclocked)
BIOSTAR TA785G3HD
SeaSonic S12II 520
G.SKILL NS 8GB
MSI 8800GT
LITE-ON 24X iHAS-324-98
x1 WD WD5000AAKS
Corsair A70
Asus MS236H

The reason I ask is because im a very tight budget and I just sold my 8800gt so I know a guy selling a hardly used 4890 for 100 bucks. I cant find any newer card that is around 120 bucks that can take the 4890 so I think its a good deal. The XFX has been registered with him so he is giving me the second lifetime warranty as well.

sweet i loved the 8800 while i had it but not being able to really get into Metro or The stalker series was getting to me. I was on a Very tight bidget of 120 bucks total & I couldnt find anything within reason that could take the 4890.
