Hello!
I'm using the RGBW header on a Gigabyte GA-Z270X Ultra Gaming motherboard. From there, I have plugged in an XSPC 4-pin RGB Y-splitter. On one leg on the splitter, I have a Phanteks RGB adapter (to change the plug to their proprietary format) and three Phanteks Halos. Those all work correctly, changing color with my mobo controls.
On the other leg of the splitter, I have a single XSPC brand 5mm RGB LED. It only shines red, no matter what I set the color to on my mobo.
I've aligned the arrows on all the connections, but this is the first time I've used a standard 5050 RGB product. Is there something I'm missing here?
