I have what is in my sig, I would like to start with a I5 2500K, I found a 1155 kit for the cpu cooler above. I will be overclocking, will the cpu cooler I have be enough for a GOOD oc?
Second, as I already have a 560ti will my power supply power an overclocked 2500k and sli 560ti's that also will have a mild oc?
with the above mentioned games that I play, will a SSD drive give a HUGE boost?

You said "CPU Cooler I5 775 AMD compatible" in the your post above. Are you sure that your heatsink can support an i5 CPU? If so, you don't need to buy a LGA 1155 kit as the included LGA 1156 bracket is same exact bracket as the LGA 1155 bracket. If you don't have either LGA 1156 or LGA 1155 bracket, then go ahead and get a new one. Oh and yes that Xigmatek will be fine for a good OC.

Your current PSU will be fine, even for GTX 560 Ti SLI and overclocking

SSDs will usually only give vastly improved load times but very very rarely FPS increases.
