What do you think?![]()
I'm not so fond of bling and prefer things neutral. However, the watercooling tubing you did there was elegant! Looks very clean and nice.

Looks nice PuD, I'm in the process of installing water into my FT02 as well.
Any reason you have the PSU reversed?
Do the AP181 fans ship stock now?
Yes, on all new RV02 and FT02 models. The only time you might get the old fans is if you order a non-windowed version (old stock).
These cases are 'ok' looking imo >< I like the corsair cases more =D
I'm so glad I switched up my X750 for the AX850... basically the same Seasonic X Series Platform PSU (with an extra 100 watts to ease your mind), but in the FT02, the fan grill on the X750 would force you to use internal air for the fan, as it simply will not fit with the fan grill the other way for fresh air. In fact, even with the Corsair thin profile grill, I had to take it off, as the PSU filter clips there was rubbing with it, making it harder to remove the filter for cleaning than it normally is.
Just got the Silverstone FT02 which awaits a GTX 570 and a new PSU. I'm eyeballing a Corsair AX750, so just to make sure before I buy it: It will fit ok, it is just a matter of the filter or what?
I'm upgrading my HX850 to an AX850 this month,
Why?
It should fit, I'm upgrading my HX850 to an AX850 this month, if anything the fan will be slightly shrouded by the outer case but should allow for more than enough ventilation.
Why?
Maybe noise or the 80Plus Gold rating. I switched from an HX850 to a Seasonic X-750 because of noise (the AX850 wasn't out yet).
Not 100% sure about the HX850, but I am pretty sure that isn't a fully modular PSU looking at pics online. That's my reason for dumping my Antec Signature for a Seasonic X.

What do you mean by fully modular?

The only cable it must have are 24 and 8 pin power cords for mobo and you will always need to use them anyway?
any1 know if you can order new side panels for the FT02 anywhere? I bent mine... I straightened it back out, but I can still see the line slightly. Doesn't look like silverstone has the parts available.
i have some question, guys.
can you close the top if you use usb to ps/2 for the keyboard?
Yes, you should be able to. The first Silverstone case with this rotated mobo design (the original Raven RV01) had a shallower top that would've been a problem for you - but all the later versions they made the top more recessed so you'll be fine. Just eyeballing it, I'd say there's about 3-4 INCHES from where the PS/2 adapter would plug into the modo to the bottom of the top cover.
Q5 Which versions of FT02/RV02 have Air Penetrator AP181?
A: RV02B-W v1.7 and after
FT02B v1.4 and after
FT02S v1.4 and after
FT02B-W v1.7 and after

Do the air penetrator fans make a notable difference compared to the stock fans? Seen a guy on here review them in a thread and he didn;t notice much difference if any.
I've had both and it makes a difference in the sense that you have the peace of mind and satisfaction of having what's supposed to be the newest and best version of their 180mm fans. Outside of that, there's probably a 1* to 2*C drop in CPU temps - some will say that's worthwhile and some won't. I certainly would not pay $75 to upgrade the three 180mm fans if you have the original version - but if you can get them preinstalled on the case you're looking to buy then of course you want the AP181's instead of the older FN181's.

I can't decide if that looks ridiculous or awesome or some combination of the two.
