You would probally be better off cutting out the stamped out case grills and putting an inexpensive Zalman Fanmate 2 with whatever adapters you need so it would control all 3 and wire fan guards on the exposed fans.
That said Yate Loons seem to be the choice ATM for reasonable prices and good performance without being loud. It all depends on the speed you get. etc. etc. I recommend medium or high speed fans on a controller, you can turn a high speed fan down when not gaming but you cant turn a low speed fan up. Personally I use Panaflows for my own equipment when I can find them in the size I need. The db ratings should be ignored for all fans, complete marketing BS as measurement methods are not standard.
These guys are excellent on shipping (flat rate based on amount of order) email confirmation etc. etc. I use them a lot and never had a problem. They don't carry the fanmate tho.
If you just get rid of the fan grills, the fans will be quieter and flow more air at the same time.
the built in grids really cut down on air flow a lot.. the grills are better.. but they cut down on air flow quite a bit also.
You can also get rubber fan mount insulators that will cut down on fan noise that is generated by vibration... both my heatsink fan and top case fan have one installed (both 120mm). Definitely quieter than when they weren't on there.
