My friends dell broke, last day of finals with a paper due. :(
He's looking to build a new pc to replace it.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
General use and eventually gaming

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
close to or under 400 max 450ish after tax and shipping

3) Where do you live?

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need

Reusing gpu(7600 gt i think), sata hdd and dvd drive
