I have a Sapphire 6950 2gb video card that I suspect I'll need to rma. My monitor has been flickering for about 30 secs whenever I start up. It eventually goes away and is fine. Checked all connections and cables already. Not overclocking either.

Problem is I need something to tide me over till the replacement/ repair comes back. I know the 7970's are out and the 7950's are on the horizon, but I don't want to spend more than $300 tops.
What's a good replacement (not necessarily an upgrade) since I haven't really been gaming much recently but will in the future? I'd rather continue with the 6000 series.
The MSI, Asus and XFX 2gb versions are catching my eyes. The HIS seems good too but I don't know how their customer service is.

Quiet is important to me too. I'm thinking the 2 fan designs are quieter than the single (though my reference Sapphire has been pretty quiet).

Thanks for your input:D
