So my motherboard got fried by lightning today and wondering if anyone has some good suggestions on a quality cheap-ish replacement.

Full Specs:
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 rev 3.3
C2D E6300 @ 460x7 3.22
2x2GB DDR2 1066
8800GT

Basically just want something that will be stable at the same speeds, and is proven. But I don't really have a clue on current LGA775 mobos.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

umm...under $100, but as cheap as i can get while still getting a stable mobo that can handle the same overclock is what I'm looking for.

That mobo doesn't support ddr2 ram, but I'm assuming for the same features as my current board (and same brand) this would be it for purchasing new:

That's the easy choice, just wondering if anyone has some good experiences with some other boards that would offer similar stability at possibly a cheaper cost. (wasn't really anticipating spending any cash on my comp atm.)
