Recommendations on heavy photo / light gaming build?

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
- Heavy Lightroom / Photoshop build. Mild gaming (no need to max settings)
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
- prefereably $600, but up to $1k if significant improvements
