So I work at the helpdesk of my company. We're looking for a new ticketing system. Currently we use Request Tracker but we're looking for something new.
We have about 200 employees and we get about 1-4 new people a week.
We would like something where we (the help desk techs) can make a ticket pretty quickly. Having an app to for phones to make tickets is a big plus.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what works well?
