recommend a good sound/mp3 recorder

As the title says, are there any good mp3 recorders that can record streaming audio, etc. Possibly free, but if not just to be pointed in the right direction would be appreciated. Thanks

Agreed. I have never had a problem recording with Audacity, editing, chopping. GREAT free program
