latest or any driver will not install on my new install and build pc with win 10 pro 64 bit any ideas plz?

im using some kind of nvidia sound it says in the control panel under sounds?
 
What is the motherboard brand/model or if OEM, the computer brand/model?

nVidia being listed is often related to the video card HDMI output. So you really need to know the motherboard info, then get the drivers from the motherboard manufacturer.
 
Your sound is going through the Nvidia card's HDMI output. I wouldn't worry about it until you actually connect the sound to the motherboard.
