Realtek error in Vista

I get the blue screen of death while playing COD4. Then after I reboot and get back to the desktop, I check for a solution and it finds this

"This problem was caused by Realtek 8101/8168/8169 PCI/PCIe Adapter Driver (RTLH86.SYS), which was created by Realtek Semiconductor Corp.. Currently, there is no solution for the problem that you reported."

Anyone know how to fix this?

That's actually a LAN driver

Really? How do you know? How can I fix it?

because those part numbers are Realtek LAN chips, not sound. You can try updating the driver.
