Rate what platform? THat you have 2 hdds and a case? thats all your post says.
my webhosting is down

corsair xms PC3200 ram 512 MB * 2
MSI K8n Neo 4 Platnum NForce 4 Ultra
AMD athlon 63 3200+
Saphire ATI Radeon x800 pro

I might suggest the athlon 64 instead of the 63. Much faster ;)

Looks fine to me. What PSU you using for this?

Go with the 6600GT or X800XL for a better value, switch the optical drive for an NEC 3250A for higher reliability and reduced noise. Also, I'd switch the RAM for Kingston ValueRAM (DDR400/PC3200), 2 sticks of 512 MB, you'll save a LOT of money and the performance change is impossible to percieve.

As for the PSU, if it's Antec's 350W model or newer, its fine.

LOL

AS far as ram goes, grab some crucial Ballistix, clock speeds up with the best of them, timings fantastic, and not a great deal of apremium over decent value ram.

What kind of HSF do you have? OEM chip and was wondering.

Corsair XMS 512mb ($138)

Crucial Ballistix 512mb ($108)

Ballistix is cheaper, anywhere where it isnt is trying to screw you, cheapest place is actually usually crucial.com, but i thought quoting from the same place makes more sense.

Plus it will more than likely get the tightest timings of any ram up to around DDR 533. anandtech
