Tinkers.

Where have they gone.

Am I the only one who hasent seen a tinker in several weeks?
 
I was getting a lot for a while, but I have barely gotten any for about the past week or so. :(
 
My PIII 700 at work keeps getting Tinkers while my AMD keeps getting damn Gromacs. I wish they would switch so my AMD could tear through the Tinkers in no time flat.
 
yeah, i've been getting gromacs cores on the two athlon boxen i can monitor, but the p4 i have going gets tinkers more often than gromacs. not cool:(
 
I swear someone should talk to stanford or whatever, and give us the option to select which core has preference.

i.e. as long as they have tinker work, you can select for your athlons to get em, but if they are out, go to whatever.

Im sure the pentium type peeps would like that to chew on those dgromacs
 
I've got a Tinker at the moment. Can't say as I've ever had a Gromacs.

If ( 78 ) is a Gromacs core; or so I read at the Stanford site..
Is ( 65 ) a Tinker then? I didn't see that as I was reading about the Gromacs I have now.
And I didn't notice that number on my first unit yesterday. But it did "say" Tinker.
Anyway, I have ( 65 ) in my queue for the next 8 times !! after this Gromacs completes.
I was rather hoping to get a (79 ) double Gromac I' ve read about.
Well I don't know, it's rather interesting to see how long a Prescott takes to finish these.
Since I've been reading around how people don't like to get these big monsters very
much. And I don't care awful much about the points really. So I don't mind the time.
I've a feeling ( 65 ) are those Tinker thingies, aren't they?

Forgive my ignorance on this , as you all know I'm rather new to this. :eek:

FahCore_65 = Tinker
FahCore_78 = Gromac
FahCore_79 = Double Gromac
