http://r-a-p-t-r.com/amd/ Take out the -

AMD version of the Geforce Experience. Captures your system spec and monitors the games you play. Logs such things such as frame rate and uploads it to AMD. They keep a database and develop profiles based off this data. 18 million users. Has a rewards program also.

Well it seems that Raptr is banned from the forums. :)

18 million users? BS
All these years on the Net and Lan Parties with 300 plus people I've never heard of it. I've heard of Xfire and how nobody cool uses it anymore..

again I'll pass on it. Another company mining me for data is just more reason.

I used Raptr... to get a free game. I promptly uninstalled it after; as did most people I know. It's a user-base gimmick. The real number of users are prob around 1-2 million.

Yeah it is BS. For one they count XBL friends as 'users' so the count is massively inflated. Tons of people easily have 20-30 friends so that adds up quick...

but this is the thing, if it makes the performance more beneficial for more people especially those running AMD hardware then it might give them more direct tools and algorithims they need to get drivers and such up to snuff cause obviously don't have a crap ton of man power of much $$$ to throw around like Intel or Nvidia do, hell at least they are trying new ways to make it better for EVERYONE. A lot of folks use cell phones, the internet, email etc, you don't think they data mine the shit out of that?

There is an option for privacy and NOT give feedback, what a novelty!

Or AMD can see I play games a couple hours every few days.

Raptr is crap I've tried it, if I were to use something id use Xfire. Meh, sorry.

ive used raptr by accident in the past, its junk.

Radeon Pro is the way to go.
