Im going with a budget build....I see a few on Newegg that have solid black colors on the front of the card from different manufactures like xfx ..etc. Can anyone redirect me to a seller that sells this 6790 like in this link thanks! :D

There arent really any that I can find that have the reference cooler. UG_PL, hes looking for certain colors and I don't think that the aqua blue is going to fit the colors hes looking for.
 
the reference cooler is because the reference AMD HD6790 used a HD6870 PCB and cooler, lol... no vendor is going to do the same, not on a product that is this sensitive to pricing.
