Radeon HD 5830 ? Unicorn?

I have a Sapphire HD 5830 here that I only used for a few months. PM if you are interested, putting it up in FS soon.

Well, those cards were EOL quite a while ago, so finding one new is going to be very hard. For a used one, check eBay.

Out of curiosity, why do you want one? From what I remember, they were a good bit slower compared to the slightly-more-expensive 5850.
 
Heck, they barely outperformed the HD 5770, they were ROP bound most of the time. Unless if you plan to do crossfire, I think you may be better off with a Radeon HD 6850.
 
5830 cards hit the pricing sweetspot at +/- $130 for bitcoin mining after the 5870 climbed upwards of $500 & the 5850 not far behind, so any leftover stock AMD had was sold during the craze.

Careful buying those used.

ROP? Not familiar with the term... just wondering ;) :confused:

Thanks for all who replied... I get the idea. They stopped making them and supplies are gone, I guess? Anywho... ROP? heh. Really wondering... I even tried wikipedia... but too many disambiguations.
