Rackmount cases without rails - how do you handle them?

I am thinking about buying one of Silverstone Lascala cases, with rackmount ears. What I am not sure is how do you handle such cases, especially when taking out for servicing?
As case is mounted only to front posts, won't it just tip over on other hardware inside the rack, when unscrewed? I guess one has to hold the case with one hand, and unscrew with the other, but that is not really convenient.

I just have my stuff sitting on shelves, when i need to work on it i just pull them out and put them wherever and then re-install..

Rails look nice but ive never paid the extra cash to try them..
