that's OEM though...the picture may not be correct as to what it suppose to look like.

Oh crap, you may not get no drivers, cabling, etc. All you get is the card.
OEM is great for:
Hard drives
mouse
keyboards
etc
But for video cards...I don't know, maybe if the driver were already out it wouldn't be bad.
 
I think you might be jumping the gun there a bit, all OEM's i bought that require a driver CD to work have came with one taped to the bag, you just don't get all the demo's, the cables, cool box to store away in your closest; then break out one day and realize how awsome shit was back in the day.

and i've bought a couple of OEM video cards before

Transferring your experience with other oem video cards doesn't mean you will get drivers with this video card. I believe a phone call to eWiz is appropriate in order to know for sure.
 
if they are still doing the same thing as they were 2-3 years ago, then you'll get a normal white box, a card sitting inbetween two black styrophome pading and the CD either on top or bottom, with a sticker on the outside labeling what it is

From what I have heard, Sapphire will come out with custom cooler which is supposed to much better (more heatpipes) than the reference cooler. On monday we will know for sure :)

Unless you're ordering Saturday delivery via Overnight, you're not getting it before the drivers are out on Monday anyway :).

The launch is the 14th. You can bet there will be drivers.
How do you know they aren't shipped with the drivers ;)? Did you already order/receive one? :p
 
When I bought my x1800xt OEM from newegg, I did not get anything but the card. No drivers, no cables, no nada.

However, you can bet the drivers will be available on the net within a day or two of the official release.
 
I've ordered OEM cards from newegg and got the driver disk and even some cables tucked in the bubble wrap with the card.
