So last night my OCZ Vertex 30GB died :(
I never used it as a boot drive and is already out of warranty. It wasn't even being used when it died, windows just dropped the drive out of the blue and even in the bios it won't detect it half the time you boot. May she rest in peace. You will be missed :(
 
Such a young life should never have been stricken down.

His OCZ family has endured many tragic early deaths of late and we should all feel pity for the many family members still working.
